Have them help out at practice by setting up gear, and drills. Also have them spot the ball on your team stuff. They can also work with a position coach and do what ever the position coach needs them to do. You can also have them do the laundry and fix any gear problems.

I have meet Saban a couple of times and in my humble opinion he is a good guy. He coaches his butt off and seems to treat his players and staff well. However, he is not a big press guy and is somewhat shy. Personally I think the guy is getting a bad reputation for being more of an intervened person then some people are.

I want three things in my team 1. A disciplined ball club 2. A team with good character 3. A team that can run and throw the ball

I think you need to have the job duty for each player on every single play. I also think you need to have anything else you have in the system in your playbook this includes stuff like audibles, motions, etc… I think you need this stuff in their so that if a player has a question on a play or just about the system then he can look in the playbook and have his question answered right away. I also think it is important to remember that different players learn in different ways. For example, one player might learn by reps while another person might learn by looking at the playbook.

The thing that held back most of those players was a lack of discipline. In my opinion they got the big check and no longer put in the work. Also Larry Fitzgerald is having a solid carrer he caught 69 balls last year and had 6 TD’s

I personally like the spiral snap due to the fact I think more centers can control that type of snap compared to just the dead ball. I also would think the spiral would get to the QB faster due to the fact the ball is usually traveling with more force.

If you log on to NFL Media you can see how they set up thier e-mail system. For example last name first intial. The you can put the coaches name in that way and send him an e-mail. if you give me the guys you want to contact I can mostly likely get your their e-mail address.

I have no idea where I will be coaching. I am hoping for a teaching job, but heck at this point in time I would take a full time TA job. If I go this route I will probley coach high school ball, other wise I will go back to where I am currently coaching and be stuck with a day time job I really don't like.

Right now I am just doing one sport. My schedule goes like this. August-November Football Season December-Most of January away from the team spend time with family and start my yearly off-season project. January-March Speed and agility and recruiting calls and coaching clinics. April Spring Ball May-July camps
If I worked at the high school level I might try and do more then one sport, but now time does not permit.

I don't know if I would say I don't want the headache of being a head coach I just want to spend my time with QB's and becoming an excellent coach in this area.

I was just wondering how you guys would feel about hiring a person that wants to be an assistant coach and has no real aspirations of being a head coach.
The reason I ask is due to the fact my goal is to be one of the top QB coaches in the game when it is all said and done, and I don’t really care to be a head coach. But I know some people have said they won’t hire a coach unless he wants to be a head coach. So I was wondering if I should say I want to be a head coach when in interviews even though my goal is to be a top QB coach.
