I have a more complete one at school... this might help though:
Manager Duties Practice 1. Load up my pick up AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after school * Make sure all equipment and notebooks (scouting, emergency cards, etc.) are present 2. Fill Up water bottles for group / team time 3. Get REDS, dummies, shields, line hoses and anything else needed to field 4. After stretch, make sure we have 4 older footballs and reds to Special Teams coach(es) 5. During position groups, make sure each group has equipment needed 6. Water needs to be close to each position group 7. During team time, make sure we have 3 footballs and reds 8. During conditioning, clean up and begin to put everything away EXCEPT reds and 4 footballs (1 new, 3 old) 9. Make sure you get help with clean up from players
Pre-Game 1. Make sure we have 2 blank tapes 2. Charge Headsets 3. Make sure stat bag, med kits and parts kits are adequately supplied 4. Jerseys/Pants ready for checkout
Game 1. Water (home games fill here) 2. Med Kit/ Equip. Kit/ Equip box (check to see that we have everything on the list) 3. Footballs 4. Headsets 5. Boards/Dry Erase Markers 6. Tapes to be traded (if any) 7. Extras/Supply kit 8. Gatorade 9. Towels *10. Sideline Jackets
