is it illegal or just "not in good sense" for a coach to put on pads?

I agree with brophy about the weight room, but wheres the HC in all this? Does he feel that HIS program is starting to take for granted the hard work that others put in?

This summer we will be open 6 - 8 am and 5 - 7 pm. We have found that only having it in the morning, a lot of guys who go to work early had a hard time getting to the gym. This year we are trying the evening session for the first time. It costs teh program more, we have to pay for a custodian to open the building, but it should eliminate excuses. Anyway you can just "get" a key? I have a master key from the two schools that I have coached at.

the download section is not available to anyone anymore (copy right infringement). whereas the Notes and clinic sectionis only available to you once you become a sophomore member (higher than freshmen and Lurker).

there is a HS in our district that is on a 7 period block schedule. They go to 1st period M,T,TH,F for about 65 mins then they go to 2,3,4 on M and TH and 567 on T and F. They then go on Wednesday 2,3,4,5,6,7. this works very well for them and have their weights program during 6th period. this is by far the best block program in the county

our mascot is the Titans so we stole running out through the T from Tennessee. It kills me having to do that since I am a life long gator fan, which is probably why I just walk along the track and let everyone else do it.

2 years ago Ohio State was recruiting one of our players (mike brewster) and Tressel and the OC came by the school to talk to him and have the in home visit. they spent the entire afternoon with us shoot the $hit and talking X's and O's. on a side note that man really does wear that sweater vest everywhere he goes, even in Florida during 85 degree weather.

Can someone explain to me the importance of putting stickers on helmets? I know they are for "making big plays" and/or academics, but in actuality they do not serve a purpose other than pumping up an ego. Also along this thinking has anyone had a school/booster club require them to give them out?

Coach Slack, I happen to be one of trevor's coaches at Olympia and you're right trevor has one of the fastest releases I have seen, but that may have been because our O Line was so-so for most of the year.

here in florida its kinda an un-written rule that the HC for football is also for weightlifting. we just use the football team as the weight lifting team and do everything in our normal lifts after school

If the father's workout program is actually better than yours why wouldnt you just ask him to come in and help incorporate his into yours?

actually i believe a t-shirt would be extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation would have to do with some sort of internal motivation.

Deion was a freak in high school, im pretty sure he played every position. He may even have snapped the ball to himself then threw it to himself.
