I played a year of semi pro ball. Was a good time but knew deep down I needed to be in coaching. The organization I played for was first class, provided transportation for games, hotels for long road trips etc. Basically if you look first class, do things first class, then your semi pro team will be first class. To hell with what anyone else thinks

Helllo everyone Anyway I have an idea I have been flirting with, currently I am working on a website for my team on eteamz.com. I was thinking of having the players register user names so there would be a players only accessible area were we could put up information, powerpoints, etc. Has anyone else tried this ? What are some of the possible negatives of this ? thanks

I saw a previous post on this subject but there wasn't alot of replies and I PM'd a couple people but never recieved answers so I was wondering how hard is it to organize a first rate coaching clinic? How many months in advance do you need to prepare and start booking speakers and sponsors? Any information would be greatly appriacated

Does anyone have any more information on Glen Caruso (Manchester College) 's Stressing out a defense concept. It was covered in the August 2006 issue of AFM. Thanks

tell him if you talk to him again before game time, I realy dont think watching three instead of two games will make much of a difference though

Saturday at 430pm i believe it is the D5 Championship game should be a good one, returning champs Menominee (all the way from the MI-WI border) take on state powerhouse Jackson Lumen Christi. Menominee also runs the single wing

Just like easye17 said, I would volunteer at your college or a local hs, theres no better way to learn than actual experience

Like SLS said, do 1 on 1s, competition brings out aggressivness , also i think if a team is confident and has some pride they will have a "swagger" as well

Hello, For those teams that have numbers on the sides of their helmets (i.e. Alabama), how do you guys do it ? Do you just peel off decals and put them on by hand ? If so do you have any kind of marker so they go on straight ? Do you use a stencil ? thanks

I know Grand Valley State Univ up in Grand Rapids MI has a great 3 day Lineman Camp in July sometime. Bring in college and NFL oline coaches to help run the camp. From what I have heard it is a great experience.

Id chose D3 or small D2 football. Full time coach, still have some time for family and life, somewhat more job security than "big time" college football but yet still a higher level.
