Brophy- I will argue for Chad Hennings. (because I am a Cowyboys fan) Roger was WAY good though man. I dated his niece for awhile in college, nice girl. She was SMOKIN too! I will also give props to my teammate at UNI Kurt Warner. And can't forget Bruce Paup (never played with him as he had just graduated) and Aaron Kampmann (who I coached at AP).

Wildcat -
You could say Donovan McNabb or Simeon Rice, some of the newer players to come out, and from the same school. I think Simeon is a dog, but in time, Donovan might go down as a real good NFL player...
There are a lot of others, but I would agree with the best being Dick Butkus. How could you not...?
CVS, Illinois, and the Bears...he never left the state - but he certainly left a mark everywhere he played.

Alabama. When I first read the question Bo Jackson popped into mind. After thinking about a while I would still go with Bo.

I'm from Virginia and it is a tough one.
Could go with the Jones brothers or the Barber brothers, also have a Packer receiver named Carrol Dale.
