Earl Morrell Tyrone Wheatley Drew Henson Kevin Grady TJ Duckett

Don Hutson is from Arkansas...he went to Alabama. In MO I have no clue would have to go with Steve Atwater, not the best choice but can't think of anyone else.

From Virginia: I'd say Lawrence Taylor. He played college football at UNC but he's from Williamsburg. Somebody said that Al Toon was from NJ. Try again. Newport News, VA. I coached against him.

Jerome Bettis ("the Bus") is from Detroit. Other Michiganders: George Gipp (prehistoric), Earl Morrall (vintage).
Wasn't Alan Ameche Wisconsin born and bred, or recruited from out of state to be a Badger?

Here are just the hall of famers to come out of PA. Lots of other great players in the state as well. That would be a tough one to figure out for PA.

Wingtol - That is a hell of a list...and it would be hard to pick just one. But if I had to.... I'm partial to Chuck Bednarik or Randy White....I liked the way both of them played. Hard nosed football...I can't recall ever seeing one of them doing a sack dance or jumping up and down after a tackle...but that is just me

What if Ditka fought a hurricane? What if the hurricane was named Hurricane Ditka? Well then...it would be Da Bears 72 - and Hurricane Ditka - 2 ;D Hurricane Ditka would had to have been a category 26 Huricane ....Da BEARS!

What if Da Bears played.........Da Bears........?!?!?!
Da question is: Now, did God create Da Bears, and make them superior to all teams? Or is he simply a huge fan, and Ditka made them superior to all other teams?

Does anyone have an extensive list of players from Mississippi? I can think of some like Payton, McNair, Rice, Manning, I know there are many more.

Kansas hasn't had as many great pros as some of the more populous states but I'd agree with superpower that Barry Sanders is probably the best. However, I'd like to mention a few close ones Nolan Cromwell John Riggins They called Gale Sayers the Kansas Comet, but I think he just played college ball in Kansas I could list several other pros but probably not top tier and a couple of currents: Mark Simoneau, Jerame Tuman, Lamar Chapman
