I was a freshmen in college--played D3 football--and we were brutally bad. We went 0-10 that season and our closest loss was a 14 point loss in Week 8. Well, this was week 9 and we were on the road against a team we thought we legitimately had a chance to beat, especially after playing relatively well the week before. Not so much...we got blasted and were down 49-7 at the half. Our HC comes into the locker room and he begins real calm but then it escalated: "Look, guys, I'm not going to name names...but MIKE WATSON YOU QUIT ON THAT PLAY!!!!!!!" The rest of halftime was pretty much spent trying to keep Mike Watson from killing our HC... It's funny that I was reading this thinking in the back on my mind, that sounds like IC, then I see the name of the player and the name of the man who wrote it and I realized IT IS IC!

You came in a year or two after, but it's amazing any of us who were around that year came back for more! It wasn't college football, simply put.

About 5 years ago we were playing this veer team, we were doing pretty good against them and we are up at half time. During half time our OL coach goes to the ump and our side ref and tells them that #17 on their team is holding our guys almost every other play. As refs do they say they will keep and eye out for it in the second half. Middle of the 3rd quarter comes around and our OL coach is just about loosing his mind every time this #17 commits a hold. The refs come over and tell him to cool it and that they haven't seen anything. The very next play they run the play at us and here comes #17 holding one of our guys as the ball carrier turns up field. After the play finishes #17 is jogging back down the near numbers to the huddle our OL coach yells at him "HEY #17, GUESS WHAT? YOUR A CHEATER!!" Turns back around and doesn't say a word the rest of the game. #17 Looks down at his jersey as if to check what number he is, looks back up shrugs his shoulders and just laughs.

Had an opposing coach in the booth come over to our side of the booth, scream "Eat it, bitch!" and give us the DX crotch chop once after his team scored on our defense. Last year we played at a place where there is no division between booth coaching staffs. Both Staffs stand on top of the press box. Any hooting and hollering the other coaches do you can hear. Well we threw a spot route that bounced off the receiver and defender, the WR spun, stumbled, and then caught the ball where the then ran for a 40 yard touchdown. The other staff let out a slew of , "what the #(@*...bla blah". I look over to the coaches and say that was "I agree coach, that was some crazy chit". Immediately I thought I shouldn't have said that. Nothing happened beyond that but was not my best idea. They ended up winning so that probably helped it no escalate after the game.

Last December there were 4 members of my team that played in an All-star game. I knew 3 or 4 coaches that coached in the game, and I was asking about the talent. Three of the coaches said most of them are pretty good, but the 4 players from my school didn't deserve to be there, and they shouldn't be on the same field as them. Now we aren't the best team, I'll admit, but our schedule was tough, even played a nationally ranked team last season. We finished 10-2 losing in the 2nd round, to the eventual state champion. As it turns out my school played the team that those coaches work for in Week 1 this season, and we beat them. We're a 4a school, and tney're 5a. So after the game when shaking hands, all I said was.... "I thought you said we can't play with yall?"
