Personally I think the coach that no one has ever heard of from a small school brings more to a clinic speaking session than anyone... Possible chip on his shoulder, feels like he has something to prove, had to approach the game and be more creative due to limited resources/talent... right generally, D3 coaches and top HS coaches seem to have the most to offer I've generally also been impressed when I've heard guys on the other end of the spectrum- NFL position coaches. It's true that they have great players but so does everybody that they play. There's a small margin for error there and great technique is critical.

I think that perhaps that is true for technique stuff but not scheme....Now..that being said...you almost never see a HS coach talking about OLine play..Why is that? To me OLine in HS is different than at the next level.. In Many/Most cases the offensive line in HS weighs about the same or even less...Not so at the college and Pro level

That's why I specified position coaches.
