How do some of you guys break down college or NFL teams film when it’s an offense you guys are interested in running? Do you guys just look for plays that might interest you then jot them down, or do you get a notebook and break them down as if it was an opponent?

I heard a lot coaches saying they can't coach college or Nfl because they don't know as much, but there is quite a few high school coaches coaching cfb today. How much do coaches in college or even nfl know more than us high school coaches?

What do some of you offensive coordinators look for during a game when play-calling?

Do you mean scouting players on the opposing team? Scouting players as a process of bringing them out to your own team? Or improving your own player's numbers in regards to measureable (scouted) drills? Bringing them out to my own team

Do any of you coaches have any material on scouting players? I was looking at the recent NFL combine and I wanted to get stronger in this section of the game.
