I'll second the Clemson Clinic. One of the best ones I have been to in a while. Didn't leave both night until after 12:30am talking OL stuff with Caldwell. There are not many coaches like him still around Coach Caldwell is great teacher and one of the nicest guys in the business. He will show you and give you anything you want. He will sit and talk about anything until you get tired. He could have been a comedian. He is as old school as it gets. He makes things extremely easy on the kids.

Saw some good ones in Atlanta this year. Offensive line coach from Valdosta State did a good job. Defensive coordinator from App State shared some good drills and was decent.
The best by far was Coach Chennis Berry the offensive coordinator and oline coach from Southern University. He was very informative and enthusiastic. Did a great job with his material.
He is a little unconventional with starting his blocks using a flipper then transitioning to hands but it gave me something to think about. I also liked that he incorporates all type of footwork drills using a regular towel rolled up with athletic tape.
Each lineman has his own and bring to practice everyday. He said he used to use pvc pipes but likes the towels better. He gave out tshirts to the coaches that sat upfront that he contours ask to get up and help him explain the fits and things.
He calls his oline the nickel and he gave out tshirts saying this. Encouraged all oline coaches to put this slogan in place calling it a nationwide movement. You could just feel the passion he has for his kids and the game. I would highly recommend anyone who has a chance to hear him check it out!

I would defiantly make some copy's and sell them. I am always willing to pay 10 dollars or so.

We will be in Atlanta next weekend. Would love to hear some feedback from you guys on some of the speakers that are going to be there if you have any experience hearing them speak before or their scheme/material. I have not heard any of these guys speak before. Looking to point all coaches on our staff to some good speakers. It is so hard to judge where to go because some good coaches just are not good presenters at clinic. Listen to Darin Slack - Best QB guy I've listened to Tim Murphy - Offense is better than defense stuff, but defense is still good Mike Cassity - good defensive guy Dewayne Alexander - good offensive guy Steve Kenyon - If S&C is your thing Thanks for your advice. I have heard lots of good things about Darrin Slack. Looking forward to it.

Tough deal. Hate to see it come to this. It's a shame I always loved to read his input. He was good for the board and good for us young coaches trying to learn.

My high school coach was asked once " Coach, how long is practice going to last tomorrow?" Coach replies "son, practicing football is like taking a sh!t, you stay there until the job is done". Needless to say that was a while ago.
