Not too different on time during the week. Monday 30 min film 2 for practice, Tuesday same but add :15 for practice same for Wednesday. Thursday is during period. We lift Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Tuesday agility during period. Jv and fresh will lift on Friday during period. Average film watched per week by our kids outside of what we do with them was 2 hours, based on what hudl told us. Summers used to be that way but have changed dramatically in last few years here. 7 on 7, and I believe we can now coach this here in Texas, Summer workouts, which for us is 4 days a week, 2 hours a day. We averaged 82% attendance. We don't workout July 4 week, and we don't have organized workouts during coaching school, though it is open.

We are a 300 kid school in Fla. We have a football class last period so kids watch films in that class on Tues+Thurs. We as a staff usually meet from 1-7 on Sundays, when the playoffs start we brought the kids in at 4-6 on Sundays and really showed them what to expect. I think it allowed the defense to play really fast.

We make our film on HUDL available to our players on Saturday. We watch film together on Monday before practice. Coaches have watched the film and we know what we want them to see. We spend more time on our film than our opponents...we will highlight what the other team does.
