Coaches:
I have shared some good plays/concepts we used this past season but I am looking for more good ideas, and have picked up some nice ones from you guys too, thank you.
In this scenario:
If the football is on the opponent's 15-yard line what plays do you like vs. this Defensive look below. We call this Defense a 4-1 Cover # 2 Man vs. our A-11 Offense:
.......................FS........................................$................................ ..................................................................................................... ...C.......W...............................M...............................S.................C ...................................E......T....T......E............................................
X......................................U...C...Y..................E.............B...............Z .........A..............R........................2.................................................. ..............................................1.......................................................
NOTE:
a. In our pre-snap alignment when shift we are Near but not on the L.O.S., then about 3 seconds prior to the snap, in this case, the X, E, B & Z would step on, and the A & R would remain off, etc.
Often times, since the Defense only has about 3-4 seconds to ID the downfield threats, we will get this exact look with the R basically "uncovered."
b. The X, A, R, 2 and Z are Eligible on this play of course.
Thank you,
Kurt

run the swing to the back. do not block the end. e, b, z get after man on. if end jumps swing, run the tunnell screen backside.

with the back swing/tunnell backside, ou have numbers both sides. run gamein box no good because you are out numbered. you could do some kind of fly series to run theball to help with numbers

R-bubble screen
Can you get U or Y to be eligible?
If one of those guys has the speed to get behind Mike right away, I'd try to hit the seam.
I got a Question: I notice you sprint out a lot.......do you ever go quads with one guy ineligible and that guy blocks?
Or do you always have them fake screen, whatever?

Dubber:
Yes, we do go Quads with one player ineligible to the side we are going to roll out and he blocks, but we also did this look and others like it in the playoffs and it worked well for us - changing things up:
X............................................U...C...Y..E.....................B...............Z ............A.................R....................................................................... ...2...............................................1................................................
Notes:
a. At the last second shift, E comes down as a TE for backside Pass Pro
b. The 2 Back starts out wide, then comes in Short motion and Cracks or Hunts down to double team the DE
c. This allows the QB the time and leverage to Roll Out left or right dependent upon formation and play call
d. We also start the # 2 on the opposite side of the play call, and in that case, He would motion from the right side of the formation to the Left, then Log the DE as the QB rolls out left

How would you choose to block the QB Dart vs. this look? KB PST: Base/Pass Set & widen DE PSG: 3t= Base & Widen, A Gap player= Double w/ the center. CEN: Double the nearest A-gap technique. BSG: 3t= Base & Widen, A Gap player= Double w/ the center. BST: Pull, Run through 1st green alley you come to past the center. Run to the endzone & run over anything (MLB) that gets in your way. DO NOT STOP RUNNING. Let the Q be an athlete and make a cut off of your block. RB: Cross face, high elbow on the fake and blow up the inside testicle of the chasing DE. (Federation= no cut the BS DE) QB: Flash fake to the RB, find the pulling tackles hip and ride it to green grass.
