Coach, If you looked at the ultra sound of me in my momma's womb you would have seen me in a 3 point stance...and I never had to change my stance.

Freshman year I played guard and Soph year I saw time at G, TE, FB, TB, WR, SS, CB, OLB. By my senior year I was playing SS and TB. It's amazing what a growth spurt and discovering the weight room can do for a person!

HS, OT/DT frosh, TE/OSLB College, TE Never played youth football, showed up in HS and said I wanted to try QB, was told OT/DT. Although I love my HS coaches, to this day I resent the fact that I was never given a chance to try QB. I was 6'5 with a strong arm, but didn't fit into their wheelhouse of power/option. This is where I get itchy about "systems" and bone headed coaches who don't adjust to talent. So now, every year, I get 30 RB,QB,WR candidates and 2 OL candidates, but they all get a chance to tryout at the position that they want to play and then they are moved where they should go. Waste of time, maybe, but, they will never show up on this board and say that I didn't give them a fair chance..............lol...........plus, a few of my best QB's have been former Olinemen for other teams that were never given a chance...............go figure...

Youth RB LBer HS Fresh Starting WR and CB back up RB Soph RB and CB JR RB and CB SR RB some WR CB (SS OLB 1 game do to scheme the coaches wanted to run) Playing all these positions in 1 really hurts a kid during recruting..........being 5'5 didn't help much either ...lol.

I was always the CENTER of attraction, but I wanted to be a Fullback. I got the chanceplaying against Sweeden's National team in a International Friendly game. I averaged 8 yards a carry on 4 carries with one TD but then had to go back to Center.

Lets see here.... I played DT my freshman year in high school..if you blinked you would of missed me on the field. HS: Fresh: OT/DT Soph: OT Jr: Center SR: OT College: OTOTOTOTOOTOTOOT I wish I could of played DT more..but I can't complain I guess. My 8th grade year..went to UC Davis football camp to learn Tight End. End of the camp scrimmage ..1 catch 10 yards. That was my last time ever touching the football and gaining yardage. Freshman year in High School...coach says.. "Hey what position you wanna play?" I reply "Tight End Coach!"..he looks and says "Ok great we needed a new offensive tackle. "

Coach, If you looked at the ultra sound of me in my momma's womb you would have seen me in a 3 point stance...and I never had to change my stance. ditto And the fact that I wasn't smart enough to play anywhere else (Dline / Oline). Although, I did play linebacker for a game or two.

O-line from day #1 & I never wanted to be anything but. I can't stand the fat guys who want to be fullbacks & te. I find it insulting to MY position!

never had a JFL program while I was in school
Freshman- TB, LT, LG, C, WR, CB - Started as TB, played first game there. Then we had linemen ineligible. I was the only one who knew the plays and both of my brothers played line so I was recruited. Finished the year at WR when the linemen came back. The TB who took my place never gave the job back, which was probably a good thing. Soph- WR, CB - JV, WR-2 minute drill Varsity Junior - Varsity WR, CB, FS Senior- Varsity WR, FS
