Guys;
I'm a new HC here taking over a HS program. I got news of this in late June and we are't allowed to practice or meet over the summer.
To motivate my athletes to rech personal bests and improvements... I know most people POST testing results for speed, and strength. Although I like the idea I was wondering if anyone has posted IMPROVEMENTS instead - no results. So if Johnny benched 185lbs 6x last period, and now did it 8x... we'd post a +2 for Johnny.
After all we are looking for improvements in the weight room... it seems to make sense just to post improvements (times, weights, %'s)
Do you think this would be a greater motivator?
Has anyone tried JUST posting the improvments?

That sounds like a great idea.
