They are considering changing our current wing t system offense to the run and shoot. I know a little about this offense but not much. Can you please give me the basics? I would also like to know how difficult it is to install from a wing t. It supposedly helps an inferior offensive line but what are the other player issues? Thanks.

run and shoot should be pretty easy for the ol to learn
i played it in college and the hardest part is remembering the screens and where to go landmark wise, that's why we had a 15 minute screen period every practice
are you going traditional run and shoot or out of the gun?
