Coaches, I am trying to develop a gun-based offense for next season, I would like to run this with no huddle. I know there is probably a million ways to do it, but I am asking for help and ideas on what may be the best way. Thanks in advance.

My college ran the spread offense and we went no huddle. Basically, everyone mills around the ball after a play the coached yelled in a number we checked the wristcoach for the play and we'd line up. It was simple enough but it allowed for different tempos of play calling and caused enough assignment problems for defenses that it almost resembled shifting. Bottom line is if we wanted to we could call a play, line up and run it right after the whistle just blew the prior play dead in a matter of seconds. We averaged well over 35 pts a game at the DIII level.
