Coaches,
1) How do you utilize your staff on the sidelines and in the pressbox during actual games? I understand that you have somebody on the phones for offense and defense for playcalling and calling the defense. What I am looking for is to what other ways do you utilize your other coaches during the game?
2) Do you chart certain things for halftime adjustments? If so, what? Are you aware of any websites, etc. that sell game charts, etc. for use during the game?
3) How do you involve your freshman coaches, junior high coaches in the varsity game, and or program in general?
Thanks for any suggestions you can offer.

I am the DC, and have only one person in the box, and two on the field, to help me.
1) The one in the box reads off our tendency chart. 2) My #2, on the field, is in charge of most of the substitution, especially since we do not platoon. 3) The secondary coach, on the field, is helping make alignment adjustments.
We work as a team, and have been moderately successful. But we also need to include our Jr High staff better
