Guys, I missed the no huddle procedures clinic. I was wondering what would be a simple way of signaling in play numbers for the players to look at on their wristbands. For example how to signal in play number 3, 26, 51 ect.. Thanks in advance for the help guys.

You could: 1. Signal with your hands....5 fingers for play 5 2. Color coat ....Yellow with 10 fingers 3. Have signs you hold up 4. Have a signal that means 10, 20, 30 , 40 etc . then hold up your hands for play 55 example...pull right side of shirt means 10 then hold up 5 adds to 15
those are just a few ways

if you are using a wristband with numbers on them why not just use the "touchpad" method.
use the body as a touchpad like a calculator or cell phone. 3 numbers across in 3 rows like on a phone or calculator.
meaning .......... right shoulder = 1, chin = 2, left shoulder = 3. right rib = 4, chest = 5, left rib = 6. right hip = 7, belt buckle = 8, left hip = 9. fist = 0.
example of calling play # 35: touch left shoulder, then touch chest.

We use something like Coach Huey suggested. Nos 1-8 are around the body. 1 = right ear 2= right shoulder 3 = right hip 4 = right knee 5 = left ear 6= left shoulder 7 = left hip 8 = left knee
That is 56 plays worth of very simple signals.
