We are on the road with the Frosh team, so we take no trainers but ours have connected to their trainers to know for a heads up.
So were are on OFF in the 3rd quarter and have a decent gain; and there is an OL on the ground behind the play curled up in ball.
The Refs stop the clock for an injury timeout and I am heading out there and the opponents trainer is running onto the field. Just as she gets there and I'm still about 10 yards away I hear the OL say, "HE PUNCHED MY IN MY D***!!!"
Their trainer turns her head and giggles, then goes into the "Just relax, take normal breathes, etc...."
I pull up and tell my kid, "I'm going to take your helmet off, so relax" and do so.
As he is still writhing around and the trainer is trying to get him to calm down, I just say "If he hit you in the pecker then he must have had really good aim"
The trainer busted out laughing, and the kid quickly got up.
