Hi everyone,
I have a random question for those who have a keen eye for graphic design. We were fortunate over the off-season to visit with a few schools and pick their coaches brains on various schemes and techniques. The most impressive visit was with a particular national championship staff. And yes, we know they had talent, good coaches, etc. but what impressed us the most was the attention to detail they had in their building for everyone from how coaches greet visitors, how players introduce themselves to us etc. We are a bunch of nobodies and they didn't have to go out of their way to treat us first class but they did..
One thing we noticed was the "visitor badges" which basically were printed on cardstock or plastic, attached to a lanyard with our name, school, and town.
During the school year, we will host 8th grade shadows from various schools checking out our school. We also host a Future Falcons day / night.
I was wondering, has anyone ever made a template similar to college visits where the visitors received a nice name badge with their name, grade, and school on it? Maybe attach it to a lanyard with your school brand on it? Our thoughts were to create one, then on the back, put a QR code to our social media accounts and when those kids come to a shadow day or Future Falcons day, its just one extra attention to detail we are willing to do to stand out to the kids and their parents..
if anyone can point me in the right direction as far as making those badges, I would sure appreciate it.
thanks
Kyle
