Small School OC (like tiny school). We are hoping to have the benefit this year of having 2 coaches on each side of the ball who do not have to coach a position group on the other side of the ball. Me and my co-OC will be one up top and one on the sideline. Most of my OL/TE's will not start on defense, barring injury. Last year we got sky coach for the first time during the season and it was an experiment in learning how to adjust to having it and using it for its best potential. I'm sure coaches who have used HUDL Sideline have dealt with the same when first dealing with it....
My question, especially for small school guys. What is your in game flow on the offensive side of the ball to best maximize this type of replay system between series? We got into an okay groove last year when I was just the OL coach with me and the jv hc communicating on the headsets and using our tv on the sideline just us two to communicate what we were getting, but I am really trying to utilize it as much as we can and am open for ideas and suggestions.

If you're a tiny school, how do you have any time to use this as I imagine you have a large number of kids playing both ways? Or do you just use it for coaches?

We do a good job keeping at least 3 or so OL off defense as well.

We use sideline, it basically makes it where you don’t need anyone in the box if you don’t want . It’s mainly for our coaches to view, we are able to show a quick clip to some kids getting a quick breather, but nothing where they are sitting on the bench watching a tv screen of plays. We are at a small school as well. The majority of our kids are playing both ways, we try to limit as much as we can but we have 35-40 kids available (depending on injures) and usually only about 15-18 are varsity ready for a Friday night.
