Anyone recommend any good books/programs/curriculums for teaching leadership to your team, doing mini-leadership lessons, something like 20 minutes maximum one day per week over summer workouts?

Habitudes is awesome. Highly recommend it. Give me the elevator synopsis. What do you like about it? What does it cost?

Habitudes is awesome. Highly recommend it. It was until the school implemented it for all students… destroyed the program by having half ass teachers treat it like a joke. we used it for athletes the previous 6 seasons and was transformational for our kids now it is seen as something only mental health kids need.

Pictures used as cues to discuss leadership principles. book 1- lead yourself Ice Berg book 2 - build relationships. Chess and checkers book 4- build culture. Ripple effect For The journey. Preparing kids for the next step. Windshields and rear view mirrors. there is a Habitudes for athletes but we did it based on grade level. You could get away with running a group with a single book. $20 and the biggest thing was that kids talked through real issues related to the discussion. Respect for each other, understanding of leadership and great culture of service for each other.
