1. North Carolina, between Raleigh and Fayetteville 2. About 1900 3. We'll have around 130 try out, but we have limited equipment, so we'll probably end up with about 90 4. Not enough 5. Unsure 6. I don't know any exact numbers, but I think it's well over 1000 7. Every 2-3 years 8. We don't give players anything, they are responsible to buy everything for themselves 9. Our principal bought us 1/4 zips last year, but beyond that we are responsible for buying our own gear 10. For sure 10, but there are 2 more that may join us in August 11. 6-7 12. 7 13. As a whole staff, never. Our DC and DL coach are best friends and retired military, so they golf together all the time.

1. NC, between Charlotte and Asheville 2. Around 650 3. Depends on who all shows up. LOL. Between 50 and 60 4. Around 20 K 5. $6,300 6. Couple of thousand probably. 7. 3-4 years, I'm starting my 4th season, and we bought new ones after my 1st. 8. We give them a compression shirt, and shorts to practice in that belong to the program. We give them a t shirt and shorts to have. The can also earn extra T shirts for certain things, like off season points, 1000 LB club etc.. 9. I usually get our coaches a pair of shoes, shorts, T Shirt, polo, hat, and a hoody or pullover. 10. 10 including me 11. We have a pretty good staff, of the 10 non are terrible. I'd say 5 are really good. 12. 7 on campus full time, 1 at an elementary school, 1 has a full time job, and subs at the school. 13. Alot of our guys get together in smaller groups, we have a coaches family cookout every year. Other than that it is usually in smaller groups.

We get 5-6 years out of each set, but we purchase a new set every other year on average 8. Every player/manager gets - 2 shorts, 3 dri-fit shirts, hoodie. I will answer for the program I was at the longest as HC, but I did leave there 6 years ago. So take that for what you will.
1. Central Illinois 2. Our single school- 160ish then. Between our 2 school coop? 250ish. When we were a 3 school coop? 320ish. 3. We had as many as 65 and as low as 27 over my 7 years. 4. It depended what stage of my tenure you were talking. I think the high was around 10-13k. 5. $6000 6. I have no idea. I never asked. 7. We got 1 set of pants, home jerseys and away jerseys over the course of my 7 years. Home jerseys and pants year 2, away jerseys year 3. 8. Give? Other than some reward t-shirts? None. But our camps did only cost around $60 total and $35 of it was 3 t-shirts and shorts. 9. They got the same t-shirt/short camp package the kids did for free since they didn't get paid for camps. Every couple years we'd get new polls. I think we got 3 or 4 pullovers over the 7 years and every year we made playoffs I'd get them a free hoody. 10. The most? 9. The least? 3 1/2. 11. When we had 9, there were 7. But the 2 were young and worked hard and were always there, so they were very useful. Of the 9 that year, 5 would become, or had been HS HCs and one is now a D1 position coach. 12. Besides me? 2. One at one of our coop schools and 1 at the other- when we had 9. Only 1 year of the 7 did I have an assistant even in our district. None in the building ever over 7 years. 13. As a whole staff? Maybe once or twice a year. Maybe. Some years, never.

1. Location (city/state/however specific you want to get) Western North Dakota 2. How many students are in your school 9-12? 210-240... depends on the year/classes
3. How many players are in your program 9-12? 30-50… depends on the year/classes. We will probably be in the upper 20s this year.
4. How much money does your program raise each year? $2000-$4000
5. How much money is budgeted to you from school/district? No idea. We get what we need though.
6. What is your average home game attendance? I'm guessing 300-400 (most games). 1500+ rivalry game. Playoff games are no better- we've hosted 2 semifinal games in the last few years... can't compete with deer (gun) season.
7. How often do you purchase new uniforms? Every 4 years. That may change.
8. How much gear does your program give players? All necessary equipment (required gear)is checked out to them (so, loaned, not given)- any others (compressions, t-shirts, etc.) players need to buy.
9. How much gear does your program give coaches? We have camp shirts- coaches get one and get a polo per season.
10. How many coaches are on your staff? 4 counting myself (we’ve had 5 before… numbers are down now so we did not replace a coach who left- not my choice, but how things are right now)
11. How many legitimately solid coaches are on your staff? 4
12. How many coaches on staff also have on campus jobs? 3
13. How often does your staff get together outside of work? Pretty often (2x a month or more probably)

1. Location--Southeast Iowa (Keokuk, literally as south and east as you can get and still be in Iowa, lol)
2. How many students are in your school 9-12? 600
3. How many players are in your program 9-12? Expecting 65ish this year, which is significantly up compared to past years.
4. How much money does your program raise each year? We do a fundraiser that raises us close to $15,000, but not all of that is pure profit as it's one of those discount card fundraisers so the company gets their take.
5. How much money is budgeted to you from school/district? Not sure, but as others have said, we generally get what we need.
6. What is your average home game attendance? Anything over 1,000 would be a big crowd for us. Not sure what the average works out to.
7. How often do you purchase new uniforms? Last purchase was 2019, but jerseys still in great shape.
8. How much gear does your program give players? Two shirts and a pair of shorts each year.
9. How much gear does your program give coaches? The same as the players plus occasionally a polo.
10. How many coaches are on your staff? 5 (maybe 6) We have a significantly smaller staff than almost everyone we play.
11. How many legitimately solid coaches are on your staff? 5, but if we do get the 6th guy on-board this year, he has very limited football knowledge but handles ALL of our technology stuff. That may count as "legitimately solid" in this day and age.
12. How many coaches on staff also have on campus jobs? All of us except one, who is a recent grad still in college.
13. How often does your staff get together outside of work? Rarely if ever.
