This is for you athletic directors out there...
Sometimes word of mouth spreads so fast, across the country...folks say "our school needs a coach, apply here" and a coach ends up applying/sending materials before the job has been posted...
....what then? do the applications hit the circular file? are they deleted?....
....I read somewhere that jumping the gun will definately not get you a job.
