I'm curious as to what other programs' coaching offices look like, how they are outfitted, is your coaches' office just for the football staff or is it shared with another program, etc.
Obviously, much of this depends on the size of the school you are at and maybe even regionally. I can imagine the offices for programs in Texas and some of the larger programs around the nation are awesome! I've been at a few different places in Michigan and some of the stops have had great setups, while others not so much.

We have a fieldhouse that we fundraised for and built. The building has an office that is pretty much just ours. It's a conference table, couple couches, computer, pulldown projector and a fridge. I've seen better digs, but also way worse.
We also have a home and visitors locker room in that building with projectors there so we can break the team up for film during the week.

Your guys' setup is really great! Tough environment to play in as well. Your lockerroom setup is perfect and it sounds like the fieldhouse serves you guys well. Sounds like a sweet setup for the coaches.

Playoffs are hype but in the regular season there's almost a sense of entitlement around here and the assumption that we are just going to win. Working on getting those stands packed like they used to be. I know, good problems to have lol

Every school I've been at has had a coaches office in the locker room that is used by coaches of all sports. There was usually just a desk, chairs, and lockers. It got crowded when the whole staff was in there. I've only been at one school where the football coaches basically had their own office during the fall season.

We have a shared storage/office area with the track program. 4x8 table that is cluttered with random crap during track and spitters/half drank beverages during football.

9 desks, standard fridge, filing cabinets, film wall with game tape from the past 35 years, projector hanging from ceiling, a bunch of extra chairs for when skill kids watch film with coach. Atached bathroom with urinal, commode, shower, 9 lockers.
Office sits between WR and LR.
Pretty fortunate!

The best I ever had was at a school where we had an unused office adjacent to the athletic wing that they let the coach use as an office (he taught in another building). We had a projector, a small couch, meeting table, desk for HC, mini fridge, white boards on all the walls, and some storage cabinets. There were two classrooms next door that rarely got used so we could break up into position groups for film at times. There was also a PE teacher office in the locker room that we didn't use but guys would shower in once in a while.
Worst was a classroom that was used for health classes, and also used as the hospitality room for every swimming/wrestling/volleyball tournament we held over the weekends...basically we could just use the room to meet but it was constantly in disarray and we couldn't trust leaving things out.
We currently have a good sized shared space in the locker room with coaches lockers...I've certainly had worse.

We have a coaches office for during the school day near the gym. Its actually an old storage room. 4 desks shared by the 4 PE teachers. Stay cluttered. Mini fridge. And a coaches office in our locker room. One for the HC that I never use bc its so far away from the school, and 1 for staff meetings, nice office table and hand me down chairs. Full size fridge, pretty nice lockers for coaches in the back.

I’ve been at three schools and ironically the newest building has the worst coaches office. The old ones had dedicated football offices. I think that just shows how different football is viewed now vs the 50s and 70s when the older schools were built.

School #1: Very cramped. Just basically lockers and some chairs.
School #2: It was rough around the edges but since I was the HC i made some changes. Fresh coat of paint (for the locker room too), brought in a couch. Got a desk and a table. Used electrical tape to make boxes on part of the whiteboard. Lockers were in a different room behind it. It was actually a good set up even though it was old and kind of dingy. During the fall we really didn't have to share it.
School #3: Brand new. Huge room. Very spcacious. Couch, chairs, lockers. NO BATHROOM and for all the technology we had to charge there were not enough outlets. Had to share it with a lot of coaches, PE, etc.

4A school (just under 2000 students) in NC.
In the school building, our HC has his own office, I share an office with our baseball coach, and our RBs coach and our strength coach share an office (all of us are PE teachers). In our field house, our HC has another office and we have a wing off of the main locker room that has laundry, equipment, and coaches’ lockers. All in all, not a bad setup.

We are very blessed to be in a new 7 million dollar "multi-purpose" facility. Our head coach has his own office with a desk, a mounted tv, a marker board, and a 4 seater table. It connects directly to the other office which has 8 desks, conjoined. We have a mounted TV in that office as well and 3 colored printers. More importantly, we have our own bathroom with a toilet, urinal, and 2 showers that the kids can't use! Our office connects by hallway to the locker room on one side and an 80 seater film room on the other side that has a retractable wall to divide into 2 different 40 seater film rooms. Can't overstate how blessed we are with this new facility.

in texas the best we had was an office for football (and then the second sport we coached in the spring, same folks) 16 desks, 16 coaches projector on each end with whiteboards on the end for o and d, cabinets and bookshelves around each desk , computer on each desk
hc office seperate but real close, multiple hole bathroom nearby with showers
film room that doubled as coordinator office that was seperate
all right next to the lockerooms for football, and other male sports (the other sports like soccer/bball/ baseball had their own offices down the hall
it was within the building was the only thing I didn't like, like we were there and admin would show up sometimes un announced, hated that, would rather have it in a seperate building to keep admin scum away

We're fortunate to have an office dedicated to football approximately 10 feet by 20 feet. We have two tables with chairs, a desk and a couch. There are whiteboards on two walls, and we have two TV monitors that we can link our computers to. pretty good set-up; only place I've been that has a dedicated football office.
