Coaches:
Ideally in our system - it would be great to have Two very athletic QB's in the backfield at the same time: a Ben Mauck as the # 1, paired with a Mike Vick as the # 2, etc.
But, many times (or every time if you so prefer) in our system you can simply put your Best QB at the # 1 spot, and Keep your Best Running Back in as the # 2.
* Most important to remember is this - there are TONS of combo's you can use with a plethora of formations and play packages to choose from - which thereby increases the amount of opportunities you can create with whatever personnel you happen to have.
Below is simply our Base set but we have many other variations on formations.

Coach, I thought your system was great for teams that didnt have any athletes MAuk and Vick in the same backfield would be fun for anyone. There are a number of Single Wing High School teams with "QB"s foot to foot in tandem where both run the ball some and both pass as well.

Thanks, Dave, and Yes..I said "Ideal" would be Mauck/Vick.
Ironic too about the Single Wing, been getting lots of solid inquiries from Single Wing coaches wanting to blend ours with theirs. Good stuff.

Most of them are on the Single Wing coaches forum, pretty tight group (secret handshake and all) no one has mentioned it that Ive heard ( last 2,000 posts) of or said anything about it at the recent Single Wing Conclave ( over 120 coaches in attendance). But they are mavericks Most of them are foot to foot and throw less than 10 times a game, and are kind of physical type teams. so that would be quite a change on so many levels.

yes, those Single Wing coaches are a tight group indeed.
We have traded several DVD's of game films with about a 6 Single Wing coaches since December. I love what they do and can see some crossover appeal.
