To pony off another thread that got be thinking.....
What is a 'must do/to do' list that you have to start/during a season you're SO glad you thought ahead later on.
I.E. those things that come up at the end of the year/banquet time/post season if you hadn't planned ahead of time, then you'd be pulling your hair out trying to cover later on.
Things like:
checking for potential record breakers
action photos of kids that seldom/never get on the field
list of donors to thank/parents that help in some way
etc...
