Hey coaches
I have posted on here before about Wing-T/really any under center teams that utilize alot of shifting/motions from under center. I know there are some on the glazier vault from my friend Steve Channel but I was wondering if there was anyone out there willing to share a film or two where they are shifting every formation or close to it. The closer to the Wing-T the better. thanks in advance for any help you can give, God Bless-

There is a team in Texas called Pleasant Grove HS. They run sugar huddle in Wing-T. Puts the same pressure on D as shifting in my opinion. They break the huddle quickly and snap ball as soon as everybody is set. Defense has trouble lining up and finding keys. Pleasant Grove has won multiple state titles in the past 5 years.
