is there wristbands with multiple "pages" on it available and who would sell those ?
(i've seen such a thing but not sure if it was self made)

Neumann sells them, amd I think just about everyone who sells wristbands does. We use a three sheet band for our QB. I think you can usually find them on Eastbay.

Cutters is great ... on their website you can download wristband templates ... able to type the plays right onto the page and then print them out ... don't have to worry if they fit - they do!
