Coaches, recently I was hired at the school I teach at to be the head coach. I want to start incorporating a quarterback school before homeroom for my perspective qb's. Does anyone have any materials they're willing to share/trade or any ideas that you've used. Thanks coaches

What type of system you wanting to run. Option QB school would be different than Air Raid QB school.

We did this last spring and we started with the following foundations. Everything is specific to our offense.
1. terminology as applied to formations and positions/movement
2. Fundamentals of the Run Game corresponding footwork and naming the plays
3. Fundamentals of the pass game and the QB’s Big 3
4. Throwing mechanics. WR are included
5. Mesh and Routes on air all skill players included
6. Routes vs press man all skill players
7. Mesh with backs and read keys. All skills (we use WR as pitch backs in read plays)
8. Routes vs quarters. We struggled in 2020. We will be looking at 2 zone variants this year.
