Baylor made late substitutions before Oklahoma State snapped the ball on the last play. I only had a quick look at the defense but I saw 12 on defense for Baylor. Moot now. But if they did . . a bummer for OSU

But if they did . . a bummer for OSU Assuming you didn't mean to "double post" - on one of the two click on "Post Options" box in upper right corner ("Cog" or "Gear" icon), then "Delete Post."

NO- they did not.
I don't think it was a sub, it was some confusion because both teams thought a time out was called, but it was simply the officials restarting the clock. It looked like some had started to run to the sideline then had to turn and run back.
Regardless, no, there were only 11 lined up for at least 4 seconds before the ball was snapped (meaning anyone else had plenty of time to get off the field)
