We are looking at buying new game pants for next year. It would be the football budget and not the uniform rotation paying for them, so price is going to be a huge factor. We are just looking for a solid gold lyrca pant. I know Wilson has one for around $20. Does anyone have recommendation on cheap game pants? My fear is buying cheap and having them all ripped apart after a year, just curious if anyone knows of a decent pant for a great price. Thanks for your help guys.

We bought the stock Wilson pant you're talking about last year, in silver. Don't remember the exact price (we also had a logo embroidered on the hip.) We were very pleased with the product.

I've not had much luck with buying cheep pants for game pants. But then maybe I just bought the wrong cheap pants. What ever you get, have the seller send you a pair to look at first. You want to especially check the seams where they are sewed together. We bought some once where the waist seams fell out around where the belts went in and the pockest that held the pads came loose too.

We have both the Riddell and the Delong game pants, both are very nice quality wise. Couldn't tell you the price on them, Riddell is cheaper, but lasted very well for us. Have had them for 7 seasons now. The Delong we have had for 5 years, and they are still nice as well.

We're getting NEW pants on the uniform rotation. Going with FERGO out of Miami. $60 a pair, no mimimum, no limit of bells and whistles.
