scouting
film breakdown
GBC
field maintence

definitely scouting and film breakdown.
the rest depends on what level your coaching, 1a-5a.
bigger schools and bigger districts usually mean that you probably won't have to mow or do laundry.
you might have to do bulletin board updates.
depending on the staff you might end up the computer guy.
once football season is over you'll have to help out at track meets, or other sports not to be mentioned.

AA school (340)
equipment
laundry
paint the field (HC mows)
take kids to clinic on saturdays
younger coaches input films on computer
make cut ups of films
stats to paper
(and other duties as assigned)

What other duties should I expect to have to do? At our place the new guy usually gets to handle equipment and the managers. |
