Coach, got to disagree there. EVEN IF THEY DID... I know I certainly wouldn't want to work for a principal/AD that surfs MESSAGE boards for dish on coaches they are considering.

Well, that may be. I still think Calande is well within professional ethics, and I don't blame him for wanting to vent. Basically, he is describing moronic but actual behavior. The easy solution is for the MORONS to be less moronic.
I can feel his frustration. I just had a situation where I was told to get an application in ASAP as there was an IMMEDIATE NEED. So after after faxing a copy, and then express mailing (due to hurricane Katrina, there is no Over night mail in the New Orleans area) I call and find out that they are not sure when they want to fill the position. HOw do you go from IMMEDIATE NEED to ...we are going to let a long term sub handle it for a while in a two day span???

Funny, You are talking about all the research that these schools are doing and Calande's chief complaint was that they didnt even bother to read his resume or the materials he put together.
I am simply saying I think it is fine to post interview stories. The only person "named" in the post was the person making the post.

Your user name on here is a very generic "coach5085" You are not known all over internet football land. And, you are not using your real name. You claim it is like this he is MAN enough about it to do so with his name. . If you were some benign person that didn't mind having their identity stolen, then go ahead and use your real name. If you are a guy as controversial as Calande can be (Steve you know you can be a little rough, hell, on your numerous introduction to the DW posts the last reason for the DW is that it pisses people off and that you like that) it simply isn't that wise, as it could come back to bite you. Especially when they post about high schools they are interveiwing at for HC jobs forums.delphiforums.com/dwingers/messages?msg=7663.22Now, there are many coaches on here that know my real name (including Calande) and many guys I have talked to about jobs, but never out in the open. It just isn't a good idea. especially when you are so humble I am not easily impressed or humbled. someone needs to read  now
