Don't know your helmet or shoulder pad or uniform needs. Assuming these are fine/good.

These would cross my mind, it would depend on the condition of items/ what we have access to.
Period tracker system for practice.

A ton of 'extra' footballs.

Seriously, I would look for a big ticket item that you normally wouldn't budget for, or a big ticket item that you have but is wearing out and would be hard to replace.(Phones, sleds, etc) I would look for one-time type of purchases. For example, if you go out and buy three different kinds of uniforms, the kids will expect that every year when you don't have the money.

Trap bars, safety squat bars, drone for filming, some kind of sideline replay system that ISN'T Hudl Sideline, tablets to go w/ said sideline replay system, headsets if you use them.
Basically weight room and tech. Weight room lasts a long time, tech because it matters.

I'm excited about weight room tech. I have 2 iPads and 2 PUSH bands now. I would like to get enough units for our remaining 3 racks. Partial to PUSH but interested in learning more about VMaxpro. I would also like to get a subscription-based service like Portal so we can go 100% digital.
We also have a Freelap system with 8 chips. I would buy enough extra chips so we wouldn't have to share. Ideally, 1 chip per student/athlete.

Depends on your needs, here’s a few places I’d go:
Weight room
New Helmets/Shoulder Pads
Redo Locker Room
Replace sleds/hand shields
Specialty equipment (sideline kicking net for example)
Projectors/TVs/Smartboards for film sessions for Indy groups
Pre-game swag for kids (dri fit shirts for example)
Pay for a 3rd party to take care of fields (including painting)

Warm ups would be cool but I would have to have all wear them. It's all or nothing. That could get into a struggle down the road. I would make sure the whole team is a yes for that. I've seen schools spend a butt load on something and only use it one or two years. To me that is a waste. Travel bags is good. I would make sure that they can handle shoulder pads. Buck bags use to be a good company. Idk if they are still around.

Got on with my school in June and found out there’s no end zone camera. That’s the first big money purchase I’m buying.
