Outside of practice planning and building workouts or whatever your job requires, how do you build out your week personally and professionally? Does anyone have a great system that they use and stick to that they feel makes them most efficient with their time and sticking to a routine?
My question comes from being in a situation where I have so many things being thrown at me, many times I feel as though I just swing at whatever pitch is being thrown at me and I would like to build a system that makes me more efficient.

I think the answer to this isn't any system, but more of a personality, personal work ethic/work habit issue.
The simple answer is- if you know you're wasting time and energy chasing things that you have no business involved in, stop it.

Structure time for you, your family, and your faith.
I woke up every weekday at 4:30 to be at the gym for my workout at 5:00 a.m. This was ME time.
I worked on Saturdays until mid afternoon. Saturday evening was for me and my wife.
I worked on Sunday mornings over coffee. Then off to Mass with the family. Sundays was for faith and family.

I agree a lot with what blacknight said. And I follow his plan pretty closely. I get up at 5 to workout. That is my time. Saturday I get up and work from home. I am around my family if they need anything. I shut it down and Saturday afternoon and night is family time. We usually go out to eat somewhere. Sunday morning I get up early and work a little. Go to church. Eat lunch with family. Then go to staff meetings.
I will add this. I try to have all my practice plan and script done before the school day starts. With so much coming up during the day I feel pressured to get it all done if I wait. So after I workout I shower and do the practice template and share it with our staff and get as much of our O script done as I can before my daughter and I leave for school. I have a pretty good routine down on what we are going to do each day. So that helps save time when doing the template and O script.

My only suggestion: establish an efficient routine/schedule and stick with it.
