Have a lot of coaches out taking tests for the district tomorrow so I'm flying solo. Facilities aren't big enough to house all the guys in the weight room at once.
Question is, what are some activities you've done with all the guys on the field that still made everyone work? Maybe some competitions or relays? Just looking for ideas

If you want the kids to have fun and condition nothing gets them more pumped up than playing full court basketball. I also like having the linemen play 7 on 7 from time to time if there’s an odd day in the schedule like you’re saying.

I wish I had too many numbers for me to handle.

Just looking for ideas It's probably too late for you but what I'd do, if possible, is split them into two groups. I wouldn't go AP and PM, though, because that makes for a long day for one guy. I'd have one group come in for an hour and one report an hour later. Get each group a lifting workout and some running in then let that group go and do the same with the next. We'd like to keep everything rolling in a linear direction but sometimes reality steps in and you have to adjust. One day won't screw the program.

Relays, competion for conditioning drills, you can always play a big team game of ultimate frisbee, but with a football if you wanna make out fun and engagement while getting some conditioning in.

Let the linemen play some "fat man football"...I think some people call it razzle dazzle...let's them run around and get some conditioning in and they enjoy it. Your skill people can get some work in on the other side--routes, etc--while you supervise the entire field--even better if you have a couple or so coaches available but not everybody. Back in the day, we used to do the "fat man" football when our line coach couldn't be there rather than make them just condition.
