End of this month we will be able to start practice again and our league has set a 6 week off season so its not much time that most of our guys have been locked in the house since November with parks, fields, gyms ext closed.
If i have only 6 weeks to get the guys ready for a season how would you go about prepping the guys that have not really done allot since November. I dont want guys to get hurt but at the same time We need to get ready. The team knows the schemes on both sides of the ball so should we focus on conditioning? tackling? what?
Any help/opinions would be a huge help Thanks

Any help/opinions would be a huge help Thanks our issue was kids did nothing, and we had number issues before, we were remote and many of our kids are not exactly close, add to that the poverty level. We ended just doing what we do... the biggest problem we had? Our opponents were working. They had work outs, practices. They were not shut down. We do what we do... but it’s based on where the kids are at.

Any help/opinions would be a huge help Thanks Damn. Wish we had 6 weeks. CIF only gave use 2 weeks. We canceled our first game and took 3 weeks. Looking back, I would have cut down the offense even more then I did and make strength and conditioning a major focus. We've lost 4 players with season ending injuries. 2 more are possibly out this week. Losing 6 players may not seem like a lot, but when you only have 28 players to start, it becomes juggling act. Doing some sort of body weight or lifting if you can get in the weightroom I would say is the most valuable thing you can do. Just my opinion.
