So I have to come up with some Christmas gifts. My in-laws keep asking "what do you want?". It kind of hit me, I should get something football related. I already have plenty of other junk I never use.
I'm open to all ideas, but there was a book I wanted in particular, but can't remember the name of it. I remember listening to a podcast (I think USA football), where they interviewed a Coach that was supposed to be a program rebuilding guru. He had taken multiple unsuccessful programs and made them successful. I believe he wrote a book about it.
If anyone knows what book/who I'm referring to great. Otherwise, I'd love to hear other ideas. As always, thanks for the input!
Also the gifts should be "affordable".

I've seen RJ's "culture" up close and personal... Salesman. That's all. Unhappy parents, etc... Coach at a place for a few years and then leave. Do that over and over and write a book?

I don't know RJ personally or anyone who has played for him but I can say we borrowed several ideas from both of his books and they have worked well for us |
