I've not heard about any of these leagues. Where are they based?

The HJCAC is in Arizona and the SMAC is in South Carolina.

They promote themselves as non-profit and do not offer scholarships as well.

They promote themselves as non-profit and do not offer scholarships as well. Do they mean the colleges are not-for-profit? Because why would colleges ever join a for-profit league? |
