Does anyone have the ground mount Tek or lev sled or something similar...

I'm wondering how it mounts into the ground. It says it needs concrete so I am guessing it can't easily be removed. We don't have an ideal area for it to permanently be so it would be great if somehow it detached from the ground and could easily be moved to a different spot when not in use. Anyone able to comment on this or any other similar system.
