Find a school that currently has football or will need help in the spring and see if they need a coach.
HC and staff need to have an open mind and you have to work. This is a gimmicky thing for me (nobody is saying it is...I'm just saying).

We have guys from other places helping us with HUDL and doing some things that are pretty universal. Don't have anyone that I think could be at enough practices/meetings virtually to do what it looks like you are doing, but that is pretty sweet.

My thing with doing this...I wasn't going to be a consultant. I'm not your film breakdown dude, opponent scout person, etc. I'm a coach. Now...as a coach...I'm doing all that stuff, but I'm on the field coaching. I'm in film watching sessions watching film with my position group. I'm at games. I'm in the huddle when necessary. We have been pretty innovative by necessity.
I'll probably continue to do this for a bit post Covid. I'd love to go to weight room sessions and do other things you'd normally do as a coach pre Pandemic.

That's pretty awesome. I know and trust a few dudes on this website where I'd let them do that sort of thing. Getting a manager/player who can make sure we have an ipad streaming everything so you could do it would be logistically tough at our school where participation is so down the past few years.
I'm hoping we can start to turn the corner as we finish our season over the next 5 weeks and start to generate some interest in our program.

Yes...this...by far...is a team effort. HC needed to trust me (didn't know the guy at all before I talked to him). Then he had to get the equipment for "me". He has three girls (shout outs to Hailee, Harmony, and Makaia) that carry me around during practice. They set up a speaker for me to be louder. They sometimes use a tripod. And they constantly are moving me back and forth and to the press box, etc. I bug them because I'll say things like..."are you hungry?" They say, "yeah" and I'll say..."I'm sitting here at my desk eating a huge chicken salad. It tastes wonderful". LOL. Which is all true. I'm coaching while eating, etc.
Everything has worked out. There are some kinks that still need more looks into, but it has been surprisingly good.

Did the other Team only dress 12 players? I don't see their bench anywhere.
