Looking to start my own personal film library. Want to be able to cut up games and keep them on a “cloud”. Hudl would be perfect but I don’t want to sell my middle child to afford it.

Any other options or will I be down to two children?

It's an off-line version of Hudl & only costs $12. per month. You can tag plays the same way that you can in Hudl. tempovideo.com
