Coaches,
I am coaching in Germany, where football isn´t as far as popular as it should be.
Which e.g. means, that you don´t get paid to coach in most cases (at least mine), but you have to pay for your own. Which means that football costs me appr. 300$ a month.
But, I still want to coach on the highest possible level, which means, that I wanted to start to archive our plays.
There are systems like Landro and others, which I wished my club would pay for, but as long as it costs more than 250$, they would laugh at me.
So, what I am trying to ask is: Is there any cheap (let it be up to 500$) program, tool, device or whatever, which can do at least the storage down and distance and play information?
If not, are there any small-school or amateur coaches over here, who have a different idea how to do it?
I tried to store plays with a number and open an excel database with all the information, but after the second game, it was too complicated to handle...
Would appreciate any help on this!

www.coachsoffice.com/co_scouting.htmEasy Scout XP is a pretty good program. I don't have it, but the HS I used to coach at did. It's only $199, I believe. I hope this is the kind of stuff you are looking for.

Thanx Coach! Well, actually I am looking for a solution to get my game-films stored and ready for theory-units.
But also those tipps can be useful, too. I will take a look at Easy Scout...
