THE “INTERVAL” THAT CAUSES GREATNESS:
EFFORT + EXECUTION + ENDURANCE = “INTERVAL”.
The average play is near to 4 seconds.
When we say INTERVAL, we are talking about that time period from the ball snap that ignites us, to 4 seconds later. Nothing else really matters in a game.
On the average, offense runs 60 or so plays. The defense runs nearly the same.
We are talking about 4 x 60 or 240 seconds, or about 4 minutes.
When we say INTERVAL, we are asking if you will give of EFFORT, EXECUTION, AND AND ENDURANCE for OUR team, just 4 minutes worth a game (or 8 if you go both ways). A 4 second INTERVAL by every player on every play will make us a GREAT TEAM!
