It gaining the most credible feedback. I know the people are different and relationships matter, but are some being really honest.
I have been posing these questions since the new year and asked other assistants, my boss (HFC) and just had a sit down with highly regarded AD where I teach and was amazed how each person views certain jobs and people and their rational.
Finding people who can justify "why" and if it something you agree with goes along way or they present it in a fashion you didn't see.
