we had a few kids buy them with their own money. They are responsible to have them reconditioned.
is that what you mean?

VICIS shut down- out of business
hearing Riddell will be doing a trade-in for them.
feel bad for the schools who bought a ton of them

I've been told by a former Vicus rep that they still have the reconditioning team working at the company.
There's also a couple independent reconditioning companies who will certify the Vicus helmets.

My vicis guy is not even around and everyone is telling me they are not reconditioning them. Can someone send me a contact of who will? Will they do it for the next 9 years?

Same here, our local Riddell, Schutt, and a big independent re conditioner all said they won't touch them either althogh Riddell is going to be announcing a trade-in program for them |

You could see this coming from a mile away...
$900USD for a helmet at the school level is a touch steep if you ask me. Only then to be told you have to recon through us and buy parts through us etc.
We had a kid buy one for himself now I did advise he needs to have it recon'd himself now in case they stop doing this plus by some parts for all the same reasons.
The product looked legit and I don't doubt the science. I do wonder if one of the other two companies will buy the tech and re-brand the helmet?
