I have the flier for the Rice Lake clinic at home. It's usually a really good clinic. This year coaches from at least 4 of the teams who made it to state are speaking (Wisconsin Rapids, Ashwaubenon, Somerset, Lancaster). And Coach Pottinger, who announced that he is retiring this year, is speaking on his 40+ of coaching. It's a shame he's retiring, he's as fine of a coach as you'll find anywhere.
Anyway, if the Friday night dinner is at the usual place, it's some of the finest fish and chicken you'll find anywhere. I've never been much of a fan of fish, but the place they have it at has really good fish.

I grabbed the flier while I was home this afternoon. Here's the info on it:

Saturday speakers (start at 8:30 a.m. and go until about 3:00):
LaVern Pottinger - "Lessons Learned Over 38 Years of Coaching Football - And Where Are We Headed" Former assistant at Carmel H.S. and UW-River Falls, former head coach at Mauston, Belvidere, and Rice Lake H.S.
Tony Biolo - "Shotgun Option" Wisconsin Rapids head coach, Division 1 State runner-up
John Hock - "Multiple Set Option" "Staying with Double and Triple" Lancaster head coach, Division 5 State champion
Bruce Larson - "FB Trap and Trap Option" Somerset head coach, Division 5 State runner-up
Bud Wright - "Plays that Complement the Option Game" Sheridan, IN head coach, 7 State championships
Ken Golomski and Staff - "Jaguar Base Package - Run/Pass Responsibilities" "Adjustments to Formations - Transition from 50 to 40" Ashwaubenon head coach, Division 2 state champs
Mark Sipple "Defensive Backs - Fundamentals and Techniques" "Tackling - The Key to Defense" University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire Defensive Coordinator
Tom Stevens - "Medicine Ball Core Conditioning" (demo) Physical Therapist
Like I said before, the food on Friday night is always really good. On Saturday morning there's plenty of donuts and juice/coffee, I usually have about 3 donuts. The lunch on Saturday is usually always good, too.
