we meet on saturday, if we didnt get film by the afternoon, i would start asking other teams besides who im playing, for their tape. and when they want to trade film on monday night, i would decline it. and try to hang half a hunnet on em. thats crap,
That seems unreasonable. Either ask the opponent (If that is okay in your district), or physically drive to them. We had our week one opponent not know how to upload the film to hudl or exchange the film. Literally had to drive to them, they gave us the camera and we uploaded it ourselves then traded them their own film.
If we don't get it by a certain time Sat we start reaching out to anyone who would have it and try and work something out. Seems with HUDL (BTW are we still mad at them?) most guys have no problem sending a film you don't have. It's like the wild west now trading film as opposed to when you had to physically hand each other your VHS or DVD or what ever.
Two previous games are sent through HUDL by the Wednesday before the week of play. Once the Friday game has been completed, it is sent by early Saturday morning before the game week. These are league rules. Warning for the first offense, $50 school fine for the second offense, $100 fine for all subsequent offenses.

Anyone on here have it set up on HUDL where all region games are shared into a bank that only region teams can see but all region teams can get all region games??? This was suggested by a coach a couple years ago and no one in our region wanted to do it, but I know some regions in Tennessee do it. Wondering about others? Is it a good thing bad thing???
