Coaches, we have helmets with mismatching face masks. We are trying to get them to all be black. Has anyone ever painted them or have suggestions on how to simplify the process. We spray painted a few last year but the process wasn’t great and took too long. Had anyone ever take them to a body shop and paid to get them painted?

You gotta do what you Gotta do but I would look into reconditioning services. Your sales rep can normally handle stuff like that. Depending on your relationship and style of mask they may be able to just swap them out.

there are at least a couple of companies out there that specialize in reconditioning face masks they can change the color for you. I imagine if you just paint them (even if you take it to a body shop or something) a lot of the paint would end up coming off over the course of the season.
